Our Bocconcini project brings creativity to gastronomy by marrying the traditional Italian philosophy of eating well and healthy to innovative ideas in casual dining that meet the fast-paced lifestyle of the modern diner.
We start with traditional Made in Italy products, those that are certified as being grown and produced using authentic methods. Then, we offer these products in an innovative dining environment that is casual and fast without skimping on warmth or quality. The outcome is the ideal dining experience for friends and families: a meeting place around the table that recalls traditional Italian warmth, offers delicious Italian specialties, and doesn’t come with a long wait. Bocconcini makes any moment of the day an ideal moment to splurge on the pleasure of an Italian bite to eat.
Bocconcini will offer its dining areas in the malls and main city centers, varying its products at breakfast, brunch, and aperitif hour.
